One thing that my husband and I love to do, is order a limo and see the Fredericksberg Wineries.  I usually use Texas Hill Country Charter.  Noel.  512-656-8299. They have an all-day package deal that includes a picnic lunch.  

Another thing you really should look into, is Hamilton Pool.  It's only about 20 mins from here, and is so beautiful!  You have to book really early, so to reserve a place, you'll need to go to Travis County Parks, Hamilton Pool Reservations.  It costs $11 to reserve your place, and then another $15 when you get there.  It's a certain Worthy place to visit.  You'll feel as if you were in Hawaii for a day.
